Before assembling your item, please take a moment to inspect all parts for any faults or damage. It’s also important to review the full set of instructions in advance. Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds for damage caused during assembly or for items assembled incorrectly.
– Bespoke Orders
Please note that all made-to-order and customised items are final sale. As these products are created specifically to your requirements, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under our standard returns policy.
– Sale & Ex-Display Items
Sale and ex-display items have been previously used in our showroom and may show signs of wear, including marks, dents, or surface scratches. As these items are sold as seen, they are offered at a reduced price and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the condition of the item before making your purchase.
– Product Information
Each item made from natural materials is one of a kind, with differences in texture, colour, and overall appearance that reflect its unique character. Designs featuring antique, vintage, or distressed finishes are intentionally styled with subtle imperfections to achieve an authentic, aged look.
Please be aware that due to variations in screen resolution and settings, product colours may appear slightly different in person than they do online.
– In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.
Please note that our in-store returns policy differs slightly from our online policy. All sale items purchased in-store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
